How to reset a Site Admin or Instructor's password

In this article we explain how the Admin (or Site Admin) can reset a Site Admin or Instructor's password on their behalf.

Step 1: Go to the 'Instructors' tab in the Admin Dashboard

Step 2: Click on the Site Admin/Instructor's name in the table

Step 3: Click on the padlock icon as shown below

Step 4: Set the new password and click 'Update'
