Webinar Dashboard

For sites with the webinar feature enabled, you can manage your planned and completed webinars from the Webinar Dashboard which is accessed from the 'Settings' area of the Admin site.

If you would like to enable this feature on your platform please contact support@clicklms.com

Accessing the Webinar Dashboard

From the Admin site, click on 'Settings' in the header menu and select 'Webinars'.

What does the Webinar Dashboard contain?

From the Webinar Dashboard you can access:

  1. The hosting link and attendee link for all planned/in progress webinars
  2. The recording link for all completed webinars

You can also click on the webinar in the table in order to directly access the course module page if you need to make any changes to your webinar.

Please note that only webinars contained in published courses will appear in the list. If the course is not published then the webinar will not appear in the list.

Filtering and searching for specific Webinars

Webinars appear in chronological order from the furthest out to the oldest, so planned webinars will appear towards the top of the list and completed webinars will appear towards the bottom of the list.

However you can filter by planned vs. in progress vs. completed to find a webinar more quickly. Or you can search for a webinar by its name. You can also search by start date.

Why don't I see my recording link for a completed webinar?

Webinar recording links expire after 6 months. Therefore if you do not see the recording link for a completed webinar it will be because the recording link has expired.

Why is my webinar not appearing in the Webinar Dashboard?

Only webinars contained in published courses will appear in the list. If the course is not published then the webinar will not appear in the list.

Please check your course or module is not in draft status:

  • The course must be published
  • The module must be valid
