Why aren't my Learners receiving emails from the platform?

All emails triggered from the ClickLMS platform are sent from support@clicklms.com

If your Learners are not receiving emails from support@clicklms.com please ask them to do the following in order to resolve this:

  1. Add support@clicklms.com to their email contacts
  2. Check their ‘junk’ / ‘spam’ / ‘promotions’ folders - emails may have been filtered into these folders
  3. Check the Learner has the correct email address registered to the platform and that they are checking the correct email inbox
