Email Notifications Triggered from ClickLMS
In this article you'll find an overview of all the automated email notifications that the Admin, Instructor and Learner will receive.
Admin Email Notifications
There are a number of automated emails that are sent to the Admin's email address, to keep you updated on Learners' activities.
Note: We recommend that you set up an automated re-direct to a specific folder if you don't need to review these emails frequently. They will come from ClickLMS Support.
- Learner registers to the platform: You'll be notified each time a Learner registers to your platform.
- Learner enrols to a course: You'll be notified each time a Learner enrols to a course - except if the Learner is auto-enrolled to a course or manually enrolled to a course by the Admin.
- Learner completes a course: You'll receive a copy of the Learner's progress and certificate when they complete a course.
- Learner's membership expires: If a Learner's membership expires you'll be notified.
- Learner's membership renews: When a Learner's membership is renewed you'll be notified.
- Course published containing a live lesson (webinar): When you publish a course containing a live lesson, you'll receive an email containing the link to host the webinar.
Learner Email Notifications
Learners will also receive automatic email notifications.
- Learner Account Activation Email: When the learner registers to your site, they will receive an email asking them to click on a link to activate their account.
- Welcome Email: This is sent once the Learner successfully registers and activates their membership - you can edit this email from the create/edit Membership Product journey.
- Learner enrols to a course: Each time the Learner enrols to a course they receive an email notification - except if the learner is auto-enrolled to a course or manually enrolled to a course by the Admin.
- Learner completes a course: Once the Learner completes a course, they'll receive an email confirmation with a PDF copy of their course certificate.
- Live Lesson is re-scheduled: If the Learner is enrolled to a course containing a live lesson (webinar) that gets re-scheduled, they'll be notified of the date/time change via email.
- Live Lesson Reminder: 15 minutes before the start of a live lesson (webinar) the Learner will be reminded by email.
- Renewal Notification & Reminder: 21 days and 7 days before a Learner's membership is due to expire they'll be notified about the renewal process (if they haven't already renewed).
- Membership Expiry: If the Learner's membership expires they'll be notified by email. It will explain what steps the Learner can take to renew.
- Membership Renewal & Activation: When a Learner renews their membership and on the renewal date the Learner will be notified by email.
- Membership Termination/Cancellation: If the Learner's membership is terminated/cancelled, they'll be notified by email.
