How to register a Learner for free to a paid membership

Learners can register to a paid membership for free by using a 100% discount code.

1: In the Admin Dashboard create a 100% discount code for the paid Membership Product you want the Learner to register for free to. You can set the code to only be used once so that it automatically expires after the Learner uses it. Take a look at our guide to creating discount codes if needed.

2: Ask your Learner to go to your registration form and use the discount code to reduce the price to £0. 

This is normally <company name>.clicklms.com/auth/registration OR the membership product's unique registration URL found on the product's settings page. Our guide to how Students register to your site provides more information.

3: Upon registering, follow the instructions to activate the account - learners are sent an email containing a link they need to click on to validate the email address, then they'll be able to login.
