How do Learners register for the site

Learners register to your platform via your registration page. Below we outline a few ways you can make your registration page available to Learners.

1. Send Learners to your registration form

The registration form is accessed by adding ' /auth/registration' to the end of your site's URL. This is normally <company name>.clicklms.com/auth/registration

If you have the Membership Products feature enabled, the form contains a list of all enabled membership products available for sale. If you have set any of the membership products to 'Private' they will not appear on this registration form.

2. Send Learners to a registration form for a specific membership product

If you have the Membership Products feature enabled you can send members directly to register to a specific Membership Product.

• Go to 'Settings' in the Admin Dashboard header menu and click on 'Membership Products' in the sub menu
• Click on the specific Membership Product and go to the 'Settings' page
• Copy the URL displayed which is the unique registration URL for that membership product

Important: If your membership setting is set to 'Public registration' that membership will also be available on your main registration form. If you set it to 'Private registration' it will not be displayed as an option to Students on your main registration form and instead will only be available via the unique URL shown.
