How to view an individual Learner's Progress

This article covers how you can check a Learner's progress for one or more courses.

You can do this from the Learner's 'Course Enrolments' page which is access from the ' Learners' table.

Step 1: Navigate to the 'Learners' page which is accessed from the header menu.

Step 2: Click on the name of the Learner to access their profile page. Then click on 'Course Enrolments' in the left hand menu to access their 'Courses List'.

Step 3: Find the course you are interested in and click the course to expand the module and learning resource information. 

You'll be able to see:

1. At a course level: Whether the course is complete or not (a green tick appears if the course is complete), total CPD time/active learning time awarded for the course so far, the date the Learner started the course.
2. At a module level: Whether the module is complete or not (green tick appears if the module is complete) and total CPD time/active learning time awarded for the module so far.
3. At an individual resource/questionnaire level: Whether the resource/questionnaire is complete or not (green tick appears if complete), the total CPD time/active learning time awarded for the resource so far and the questionnaire status and pass mark for any questionnaires.
