How to create a new Membership Product

Create and Publish a new Membership Product

  1. Click the 'Add New' button that appears top right of the Membership Products table (in Settings). 
  2. After clicking ‘Add New’ you will be taken to the 'Create Product' journey from which you can configure your membership's name, pricing & duration, content rules, and settings for registration & renewal.
    1. About Page: Membership Product name, description and configuration of the welcome email Learners receive upon registering.
    2. Pricing & Duration: Set the amount Learners will need to pay to register to the membership and how long they will retain access for.
    3. Content: Set rules about which courses Learners should be automatically enrolled to upon registration and which courses should not be available to Learners on this membership.
    4. Settings: Set rules about how Learners register and renew to the membership product, including whether prospective learners should be able to preview the Catalogue before registering to the membership. 
  3. Publish the Membership Product once you are ready to make it available for sale.
    1. You can do this from the create/edit Membership Product journey by clicking the 'Publish' button top right of the page.
    2. Or you can do this directly from the Membership Product table by toggling the 'Sales Status' on (so that it becomes green).
  4. Once published Learners will be able to register to the Membership Product from your registration page.
