How to create a new Membership Product
Create and Publish a new Membership Product
- Click the 'Add New' button that appears top right of the Membership Products table (in Settings).
- After clicking ‘Add New’ you will be taken to the 'Create Product' journey from which you can configure your membership's name, pricing & duration, content rules, and settings for registration & renewal.
- About Page: Membership Product name, description and configuration of the welcome email Learners receive upon registering.
- Pricing & Duration: Set the amount Learners will need to pay to register to the membership and how long they will retain access for.
- Content: Set rules about which courses Learners should be automatically enrolled to upon registration and which courses should not be available to Learners on this membership.
- Settings: Set rules about how Learners register and renew to the membership product, including whether prospective learners should be able to preview the Catalogue before registering to the membership.
- Publish the Membership Product once you are ready to make it available for sale.
- You can do this from the create/edit Membership Product journey by clicking the 'Publish' button top right of the page.
- Or you can do this directly from the Membership Product table by toggling the 'Sales Status' on (so that it becomes green).
- Once published Learners will be able to register to the Membership Product from your registration page.
