How to access the Membership Products feature

Accessing the Membership Products Table

Navigate to ‘Settings’ in the header menu and then click ‘Membership Products’ in the menu on the left-hand side of the ‘Company Settings’ page.

Membership Products is a feature that needs to be enabled

If Membership Products are not yet enabled on your platform, you will see a message asking you to contact support@clicklms.com

If the feature is not enabled, you do still have some control from this page:

  • You can edit the name of the membership (this is what Learners will see on your registration page)
  • You can add a description that will be displayed on the registration form to prospective users
  • You can edit the welcome email learners receive upon registering to your site
  • You can set rules to auto-enrol learners to certain courses/live lessons (e.g. you could create a welcome course and auto-enrol all learners to this course so they see it on first login)
  • You can decide if prospective learners should be able to view your course catalogue and course overview pages before or after registering to your platform

However you will not be able to:

  • Create additional membership products
  • Offer paid memberships
  • Tailor course and content offerings for different audiences
  • Change the price and payment terms of the Standard Membership Product
  • Change the duration and expiry rules of the Standard Membership Product
