Customising your Site

Company Profile Page

This page allows you to update your company details and provides you with the tools you need to customise the look & feel of your site.

It's accessed by clicking on the ' Settings' header and then clicking 'Company Profile' from the left hand menu.

Your 'Company Name' and 'Subdomain' name are automatically populated from the registration process and are not editable. Please contact us at support@clicklms.com if you need to edit these details.

Note: Only the Company Admin has access to this page.

1. Upload your company logo

Your company logo will appear on the top left of your header menu. It will also appear on all certificates issued to your Learners upon completing your learning content.

We recommend uploading a rectangular logo for optimal resolution.

Supported file types are .png, .jpg, .jpeg.

The maximum file size supported is 3MB.

If you have not uploaded your company logo you will see the 'ClickLMS' logo top left of the page.

2. Set your colour palette

You are currently able to change the colour of the following elements on your sites in line with your brand guidelines:

  • Colour of your header & footer
  • Colour of your header & footer text
  • Colour of table headers
  • Colour of font in table headers
  • Font colour of text across the Admin Dashboard and Learner sites
  • Colour of course 'Categories' (this is displayed as 'Comments' in the colour palette tool)
  • Colour of button 1: These are block colour buttons used for 'Save', 'Update', 'View' and 'Download' buttons. These buttons are blue by default.
  • Colour of button 2: These are call to action buttons (e.g. 'Enrol', 'Register', 'Start') and this colour also determines the accent colour displayed in your header menu. By default this colour is pink.
  • Colour of button 3: These are support buttons used to 'Undo' changes or 'Cancel' actions.
  • Colour of Tags that are added to courses to facilitate searching for content
  • Certificate accent colour
  • Certificate border colour
  • Certificate Accent Text (learner name, course name & total time)
  • Certificate main text colour
  • Background colour of the Admin Dashboard and Learner sites

You can set the 'passive', 'active' and 'hover' colours for buttons.

  • Passive: What users will see when they look at the page
  • Active: The colour the button will change to while it is in use
  • Hover: The colour the button will change to when you hover over it with your mouse

When you have finalised your changes, please ensure you click 'Update' at the bottom of the page, this will refresh your page to reflect your most recent changes.

3. Upload your company favicon

This is an optional feature that will appear on the 'Company Profile' page if included in your ClickLMS membership. If you would like to enable this feature please contact support@clicklms.com to discuss the options available to you.

A favicon is a small image that appears in the browser tab. We recommended uploading a square logo (1:1 ratio) and the maximum dimensions should be 256px x 256px.

Supported file type is .png

If you have not uploaded your company favicon you will see the 'ClickLMS' logo top left of the page.

4. Add your own custom domain to your sites

This is an optional feature that will appear on the 'Company Profile' page if included in your ClickLMS membership. If you would like to enable this feature please contact support@clicklms.com to discuss the options available to you.

By default your ClickLMS Company Admin Dashboard and Learner site both include the clicklms.com domain in the URL.

e.g. yourcompany.clicklms.com for your learners or yourcompany.dashboard.clicklms.com for the admin/instructors.

However if you want to use your own company domain for both your Company Admin Dashboard and Learner site you can effectively mask the .clicklms.com name in the address bar for your sites.

For detailed steps on how to set up your own custom domain please refer to the article 'Setting up a Custom Domain'.
