How to make a Membership Product available for renewal

The renewal form contains a list of all membership products open for renewal.

To appear on the renewal form, the membership product must be:

1. Published

To publish a membership product you can either use the toggle that appears alongside each membership product on the 'Membership Products' page in 'Settings'.

If the toggle is green it means the membership product is 'Published' and available for sale on the registration form (new member sign ups) and at renewal IF condition 2 (shown below) is met.

You can also publish the membership product by clicking the 'Publish' button form the actual Membership Product's page as shown below.

Once published the button changes to 'Remove from sale' in case you want to disable it in the future.

2. Enabled for Renewal

The membership product must be available for renewal to appear on the renewal form.

If the membership product itself is published but the renewal rule is set to 'No, not available for sale' then the membership will be available to new members on the registration form but it will not appear on the renewal form.
