Why can't the Learner fast forward a video or audio resource?

If your Active Learning Tracker is set to 'Strict' or 'Medium' then Learners are unable to fast forward a video or audio resource and they must mark it as complete once they reach the end of the resource.

This is to ensure that all learning content has been watched/listened to by the Learner.

Once a video or audio resource has been completed for the first time (and marked as complete), the Learner can fast forward and rewind it as much as they like.
