Can Learners earn more CPD after the course has been completed?

If a Learner completes a course but does not earn the maximum CPD available, they can return to the course and access the specific resources where they have a shortfall to get the additional CPD. 

Once they have finished they will need to go to the ‘My Certificates’ page and regenerate their certificate for the course with the updated CPD time.

Steps for the Student:

1. Go to 'My Courses'

2. Click on 'Completed Courses'

3. Open the course and continue with learning resources where the maximum CPD was not achieved previously

4. When ready, go to 'My Certificates' and re-issue the certificate of the course

Important: The course completion date on the certificate will also update to reflect the current date.
