Why does the Learner's video resume from further back than expected?

If using the 'Strict' version of the Learning Activity Tracker, the platform will rewind the Learner to where activity was last detected after they fail to respond to an inactivity alert.

If the platform does not detect any activity from a Learner for a certain period of time, it will show the Learner an inactivity alert to check they are still present. The  Learner is required to respond to this alert to prove they are still present.

If the  Learner does not respond, the video is paused and rewound to where activity was last detected. The CPD/learning time recorded during this period of inactivity is also deducted.
