What happens when a Learner's access to the platform is disabled?

Once a Learner's access has been disabled, when they next try to login they will see a red error message telling them their access has been disabled and to contact the platform Administrator.

Only the Admin can disable a Learner's access to the platform and this is done from the Learners page.

1. Navigate to 'Learners' in the header menu

2. Find the Learner in the table

3. Toggle the green button in the 'Access' column of the learner table off so that it turns red - this disables the Learner's access to the platform
