How to disable a Learner's access to the platform

You may have instances where you want to stop a Learner accessing your platform. You can do this by disabling their account.

1. Go to ' Learners' in the header menu

2. Find the name of the Student whose access you want to disable

3. In the last column of the table entitled ' Access', toggle their access off so that it turns from green to red

When the Learner next tries to login they'll see an 'Access Disabled' message and will not be able to login to your platform.
