How to send Learners payment receipts

You are able to send payment receipts automatically and manually to Learners from Stripe.

Important: We recommend that you customise your receipts in Stripe before emailing receipts to customers.

How to send automatic receipts

1. Login to your connected Stripe account

2. Ensure the option  email customers for successful payments is enabled in your email receipt settings (this is accessed in Settings < Business Settings < Emails)

How to send receipts manually

1. Login to your connected Stripe account 

2. Go to ' Payments' and find the payment you want to send a receipt for

3. Hover over the payment and click the email icon to send the receipt to the customer
