How to process a refund

You can process a refund from your connected Stripe account.

How to process a refund in Stripe - from the Payments page

1. Login to your Stripe Dashboard

2. Go to 'Payments' and hover over the payment you wish to refund. 

3. Click the three dots and select 'Refund' - confirm the amount, reason and press 'Refund'

How to process a refund in Stripe - from the Customer page

1. Login to your Stripe Dashboard

2. Go to 'Customers' and click on the name of the customer (or search for the customer in the search field)

3. Click the three dots next to the payment you want to refund and select 'Refund payment' - confirm the amount, reason and press 'Refund'
