I didn't receive a password reset email

Password reset emails will be delivered within a couple of minutes to the email address specified in the ‘Forgot my password’ process, if this does not happen then please try the following steps;

  1. Please check your spam/junk folders
  2. Please ensure you entered the correct email, in the correct format
  3. Please try the ‘Forgot my password’ process again

If this does not resolve your password reset, please contact your platform administrator.
