I didn't receive a password reset email
Password reset emails will be delivered within a couple of minutes to the email address specified in the ‘Forgot my password’ process, if this does not happen then please try the following steps;
- Please check your spam/junk folders
- Please ensure you entered the correct email, in the correct format
- Please try the ‘Forgot my password’ process again
If this does not resolve your password reset, please contact your platform administrator.
