I registered with the wrong email address, how do I change it?
If you have access to the email address, please activate your account as normal.
Go to the ‘My Account’ page, accessible from the header bar within the platform.
Use the ‘Update Email Address’ section to update your email address which is accessible on the 'My Account' page:
For future logins you will be required to use your updated email address.
Confirmation of the Updated Email address will be sent to the old and new email addresses for your records.
If you do not have access to the email address, please contact your company administrator who can update your account with the correct email address and activate your account for you.
